Founded in 1967 by Mr. Giorgio Cozzi, an expert in mechanical engineering solutions.
Originally, the main field of activity was focused on speedometer cables for the domestic market.

In 1989 Massimo Cozzi joinedthe company astechnical manager.

In 1990, a second manufacturing plant of 1500 sqm (Gallarate, Varese) was added to face the increasing demand for control cables.

In 1991 a fully automatic production line of Bowden cables was installed for Magneti Marelli.

In 1995 he becameshareholderand joinedthe Board of Directors.

In 1997, a new business partnership was finalized with Adriauto in the automotive field.

In the year 2000, 3500 sqm covered manufacturing area was enacted together with a remarkable increase of automotive degree.

From 2009 a big boost of OEM’s activity took off in cable solutions industry in different markets.

In 2018 Massimo Cozzi became sole director.
